The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and standards for all leadership personnel within the server. Leadership exists to:
• Maintain order and discipline
• Foster a respectful and structured community
• Ensure fairness and transparency
• Support members and promote growth
• Represent the server's values at all times
Leadership is a responsibility — not a privilege.
Leadership positions may include (but are not limited to):
• High Command
• Command Staff
• Officers
• Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs)
• Moderators / Staff
Each level of leadership is expected to uphold the standards outlined below while executing their assigned duties.
All leaders must demonstrate:
Integrity – Be honest, fair, and transparent in decisions.
Respect – Treat all members equally regardless of rank.
Accountability – Take responsibility for actions and decisions.
Professionalism – Maintain composure and maturity at all times.
Consistency – Enforce rules fairly and without favoritism.
A. Enforcement of Rules
Enforce server rules consistently.
Document warnings, disciplinary actions, and escalations.
Avoid public arguments; handle issues professionally.
B. Activity & Engagement
Maintain active participation.
Support server events, trainings, and operations.
Encourage positive engagement and teamwork.
C. Mentorship
Guide lower-ranking members.
Provide constructive feedback.
Help members improve performance and understanding of server structure.
D. Communication
Maintain clear communication with both superiors and subordinates.
Use proper channels for reports and concerns.
Avoid spreading rumors or internal conflicts.
Leaders must:
• Avoid abuse of power.
• Refrain from favoritism.
• Not use their position for personal gain.
• Maintain confidentiality in leadership discussions.
• Remain neutral in personal disputes.
Leaders represent the server 24/7 within the community.
Promotions within leadership will be based on:
• Activity level
• Leadership ability
• Professional conduct
• Initiative and reliability
• Recommendation from current leadership
Promotions are earned — not requested or demanded.
Failure to meet leadership standards may result in:
• Verbal warning
• Written warning
• Temporary demotion
• Permanent demotion
• Removal from leadership
High Command reserves the right to take immediate action in severe cases.
Leaders must:
1. Attempt to resolve minor conflicts calmly and privately.
2. Escalate major issues to higher command when necessary.
3. Avoid emotional or retaliatory decisions.
4. Document incidents clearly and factually.
Leadership performance may be reviewed periodically to ensure:
• Continued activity
• Proper conduct
• Community respect
• Alignment with server goals
Inactive leaders may be removed or reassigned.
Leadership is built on trust, respect, and responsibility. Those who hold leadership roles are expected to set the example for the entire server.
